3. Google API Services / YouTube API Services

AI Mate BD's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where you connect a YouTube or other Google account, we access only the scopes required to schedule and publish content on your behalf, and to display basic channel information inside the Service. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read this data except as necessary for security, legal compliance, with your consent, or for the specific feature you requested.

The social media platforms you connect, as required to publish your content.
Service providers who help us run the Service (e.g. hosting, infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account and connected-platform data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8). Disconnecting a social account revokes our access to that platform's data going forward.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
